I've always been a fan of shows where people in need can go to a mysterious someone who will provide them with discreet, and highly effective, help. Back in the '80s it was The Equalizer. More recently, Leverage. It came as no surprise when Mr. Green's unique service bubbled to the surface of what passes for my mind these days, and with it, Josey Tate. Josey's voice is a far cry from my own, and she didn't give up her story easily, but in the end I got it all down on virtual paper and I hope you enjoy it.

About the Author
Serafine Laveaux lives in Texas with assorted fur bearing mammals. She enjoys reading, pretending she doesn't know the trash can needs emptying, and searching for the perfect mac and cheese recipe.

This was the best AgePlay book I've ever read. The characters were wonderful and the scenes were very well described. Some of the books I've read are really not beleivable but this one was. I give this author credit I really enjoyed this and did't want this to end,

An enjoyable age play story

I have to say I was pleasantly surprised with this age play story as it was different from some others I have read. Some age play is pretty harsh but even though this one included discipline I didn't feel it was harsh. I became invested in Josey's character and enjoyed her journey from being so unhappy in her life to having all of her dreams come true. I couldn't help but really like her character, she is so sweet. Had a wonderful ending and I am excited for the next book to follow! Great job!! I received this book from Stormy Night Publications as an Advanced Reader Copy.

Body shaming.

As a bigger girl who is struggling to find acceptance in the ageplay world, I was excited to see a story about a bigger girl..That was all ruined for me and literally left me crying, There is a LOT of body shaming in this story. in fact, the entire story is pretty much about Josey being fat and eating to much. or not exercising enough. Then YAY josey is now slender and pretty and WORTHY! I can understand why Joseys daddy controlled her eating and exercising, because that's what Mommies and Daddies do, but I think the author should have either kept her slender throughout the story, or kept her at least a little pudgy. you don't have to be SLENDER to be healthy, and eating bland food (salad with no dressing, reall?) isn't going to magically make some one worthy.

There was also a line in the Daddies thought process that sent me crashing down. "She had a pretty enough face.. but.." Really? That could have been left out as well,

The story is well written, but very hurtful and insulting, in my opinion. and there's really very little ageplay involved. Mostly just Domination/submission Maybe this should have been listed in a food control fetishest list.

This book will prove to help many!

Having gone through a recent break-up, somebody recommended that I read this book. After a couple of days of putting it off I decided to give in and check it out. I am glad that I did.

Break-ups are hard. It is hard to know what to do when your world seems to come crashing down on you. One day you are in love and the next day you are left alone with your dark thoughts and broken heart. What do you do? What is the solution? Should I keep trying or should I move on? This book answered so many of these questions for me.

The Break-Up Bible helped to inspire me - showing me that there is hope is such a dire situation. It was almost like I had a friend that was offering me advice as I was navigating through the pain. This book showed me tips on how to move forward (I suggest the "no contact" rule) and also showed me that I am not alone. I learned that these feelings are normal and that if I took some steps - I would find freedom from my hurt.

This book was and is an excellent tool for me. I feel much better now! Thank you, thank you, thank you. Highly recommended!

Gentle Advice for Tough Situation

Breakups are bad. Whether you are the dumper or the dumpee, one is just as bad as the other...just different types of feelings. Always, a breakup is hard. They are hard for everyone involved, even other family members and friends of the couple. The book has realistic advice and was obviously written by someone who understands the breakup of a relationship. It helps to understand that its not all gold that shines. For example when you see your ex happy on Facebook after your break up, well he may not be that happy after all, he may be pretending. It explains step by step how to handle first phone call from him, how to act and what not to do. I think this book really motivates towards a better "you" after a breakup.

Dreams Come True Anthology Volume One: Stories For The Campfire, by various authors, edited by Kya Aliana was received direct from the publisher in exchange for an honest review. The book of short stories was written by children from seven years old to 18 years old, from around the world. The stories, which are not all horror stories, range from hand drawn graphic’s to poems. All have the theme about dreams coming true and are written to be told around a campfire, thus the title. The introductions are as good as the stories, it lets you know the world has not gone into the progressive crap storm the media will lead you to believe. As a writer I realize the importance of the Aspirations Press and this type of anthology, publication of unwritten, new and young authors. In today's world of trying to get published, an unknown writer has a very slim chance, the publishing houses would rather risk the money on older, known authors, no matter how good they may or may not be in the modern age. This anthology changes that and I encourage everyone to support these young authors. If you, or someone you know wants inspiration to write on their own, these no more than PG rated stories should be purchased and provided to them.

This one's worth every penny

This is the guide that I wish I had access to when I was learning to fly! There are some type rating scholarships in here that are still applicable for me! Seriously though, this is a great reference. Can't speak highly enough about it. It answers that age-old question: "Can I get a scholarship if I'm not college-aged?" About the Author
Dr. Norris has done research in environmental endocrinology and neuroendocrinology for more than 40 years, investigating the role of natural (e.g., photoperiod, temperature) and anthropogenic environmental factors (metals, pesticides, estrogens, industrial pollutants) on thyroid, adrenal, and reproductive endocrinology in regards to development, sexual maturation, seasonal reproduction, and aging. Most of his research has involved fishes and amphibians.

Has the real info.

This is probably not a good textbook for an undergraduate course - it's too dense and wordy. However, for grad students or for a reference it's perfect. I'm a PhD researcher branching into thyroid hormones for the first time, and so I've been checking all the major endocrinology textbooks for their thyroid chapters, basically trying to get up to speed in a new field. This text has by far the most useful summary of thyroid structure and function that I could find anywhere. No, it's not incredibly easy to read - it's one of those books that I don't even try to tackle if I haven't got a full pot of coffee in arm's reach - but it's got the real info. There are a lot of useful little nuggets that I didn't find in other sources. Like, aha, at last I understand exactly what reverse-T3 is, and at last I understand euthyroid-sick syndrome and, oh, there's four kinds of goiter and not just one, aha.... The places where the text is "contradictory", which one reviewer mentioned above, I think are simply when it's accurately reporting contradictory results from different scientific studies. For a professional or grad student who needs the real info and not a watered-down oversimplified version, this is a great resource.

This book might be a good beginner reference. Unfortunately, the instructor who chose the book uses completely different terminology from the book making it completely useless to me.

Confusing, over-complicated.

This book is awful. The text is often self-contradictory, and sentences are grammatically structured such that they can be very confusing. Also, the figures are all very technical and in black and white. My professor is currently using this book as an "experiment"; 2 weeks into the semester, I know the results!
